Use as a pad under your old cover, or iron directly on this long-wearing cushioned surface that is more heat-resistant than any fabric or cover yet developed, will take 250∞ for hours-use with care at higher temperatures.*

Iron right over buttons, zippers and embroidery without marking the material. Excellent for ironing velvet, corduroy and doilies without flattening.

If for any reason you have difficulty in ironing directly on cover-pad, remove your present cover, place foam cover-pad underneath your cover-for cushioning you will find non better-the foam underneath your old cover will absorb the heat, steam and moisture. The foam pad will grip your cover so it will not slip around on the board. It will never mat down or get “ironed” out of shape. No lint to get on dark clothes. It can’t fade onto white clothes or pick up dye from colored ones. Fits all standard size ironing boards. Color adds gaiety to your kitchen and lessens eye strain. Works equally well with steam or dry iron. Do not leave steam iron flat on pad.

Small holes in cover-pad are for a purpose-to allow for expansion and for steam to escape. When used uncovered, glide iron on garmet being ironed only, as when iron is on the cover-pad, it locks in place as a safety feature against iron slipping off board. Do no move iron on cover top.

*Caution: Too hot an iron will cause discoloration under certain circumstances-this material will not support a flame. Can never start a fire.

To Wash: Sponge out in kitchen sink any kind of soap or detergent, squeeze out water rather than wringing it out. No matter how many times washed, cover-pad always remains soft and will never fade.
