Q. How do I fit my Slicer/Grater attachments into the hole in the lid of the Slicer/Grater?
A. Gently snap them into the space. They fit tightly to keep the attachment in place properly and to avoid slipping.
Q. How do the Chamois Cloths work?
A. Make sure to get your Magicloth Chamois wet before you use them.
Q. How long does it take for the orders to be processed?
A. All orders are shipped within 48 hours.
Q. The demonstrator gave some mixture for a cleaning solution, what was it?
A. 2 parts water, 1 part vinegar or 1 part water, 1part vinegar, 1 part detergent.
Q. How do I go about returning a product that I decided I did not want?
A. You may return it to the store or special event where you purchased the product within 30 days. If our demonstrations are no longer in your area, you may call customer service at 800-425-3726 to return your product.

A. Call 1-800-425-3726 and talk to a customer representative and give them you name, address and phone number. Orders go out USPS or UPS depending on the item, or you can fill out replacement part form on the web site.

A. You can return the product with in 30 days to either Meijers or Zeller’s with your receipt.

A. Warranties vary on some products, but most of our products carry a one year warranty.
