Warranty Information:

usjesco.com offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all the products it sells. If, within the first 30 days after purchase, you wish to return a product, usjesco.com will refund your money less shipping and handling. Unfortunately, after 30 days, we can only offer exchanges or replacements.

Shipping

Our goal is to keep shipping and handling prices as reasonable as possible. Our shipping is calculated depending on two things:

1. The final destination of the order from Dallas, Texas.
2. The weight of your complete order. The more you order the more you save.

We use our partnership with UPS to calculate your shipping cost. Then we give you three different shipping options to better suite your needs as a customer.

Our Canadian orders ship through DHL Express.

Return Policy:

If, for whatever reason, you need to return your product for exchange, or order replacement parts we will be happy to assist you. If you would like to exchange a defective product, please send it regular mail to:

Once we receive your defective merchandise, we will ship your new product within 24 hours. Please allow 5-7 days to receive your new merchandise. In many cases the transit times will be shorter, but most products will arrive within one week.
